Product Warranty

Gym-Master Fun Centers products are guaranteed for defects of material and workmanship for 1 year from original installation. Gym-Master Fun Centers agrees to repair or replace any defective parts of the play unit, free of charge, after an inspection by Gym-Master personnel. This warranty is void if the structure or accessories have been altered, or if the defect is related to servicing not performed by Gym-Master Fun Centers. Damages due to misuse, abuse, fire, theft, earthquake, flood, or vandalism are not covered by this warranty. Gym-Master Fun Centers assumes no liability for injury related to the use of its play products.
