attend. Cost is $10 to pass the first level of each
belt, $15 to move to next level. Certificates are

OLYMPICS MAT HISTORY: |
|
We hope you all enjoyed this year’s Olympics, especially
the excitement of gymnastics. Most of you don’t know the
history of the Floor Exercise coverings in our own
facility: After the 1984 Olympics in L.A. the carpet was
donated to Girl’s Inc. in Santa Barbara, where they used
it a few years and then stored it. About 4 years ago
they gave it to us. This is the famous mat of Mary Lou
Retton and the Men’s Gold Team (Bart Connor, Tim
Daggett, etc.) fame!
|
|
Chores Needed!: |
|
The Johnson’s 20-year old daughter Lindsey is trying to
raise money for a missions trip to Australia.
She is an experienced Pet-Sitter and very competent at
housecleaning or light gardening.
Call 735-3238 or talk to Debra.

Benefits of Gymnastics: |
Fitness! In this world of obese children,
fitness is CRITICAL to their current and future health.
Gymnastics classes are full of activities that will make
your child more fit and help keep them healthy. You have
them in the right place if fitness is important to you!
